King Construction provides high-end residential construction in beautiful Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri.  Blot Engineering was brought in for the project for structural engineering of strategic elements of the home.The massive water-side face of the home incorporated full-height multi story walls to maximize the windows and views of the lake.  The framing of these walls could not be accomplished with traditional wood framing, so steel framing was utilized for wall support.A large carport was designed which required support of a second story above along with heavy floor loading above the car port for social gatherings.
